  • Start by joining the waitlist and subscribing to email updates. When applications open:

    1. Complete the application form.

    2. If accepted, you’ll receive an official email invitation to The Color Connect

    3. You will have 14 days to submit your payment. 

    4. Once payment is submitted, you’ll receive an invite to our kick off call

  • You can expect to spend 2–4 hours/month engaging with programming — including events, coaching, and networking. But how much you participate is fully up to you.

  • You can absolutely still join! Virtual members have access to events like speed networking, fireside chats, and live sessions.
    Just note: in-person connection is a big part of TCC, and you're always welcome to travel in for our live experiences

  • TCC is for ambitious women who are serious about growing their careers, expanding their networks, and gaining the mentorship and support they need to level up.
    While our mission centers the experiences of Black women in corporate spaces, we welcome anyone aligned with our values and committed to building an inclusive, uplifting community.

  • Yes! While we spotlight early-career women, we welcome professionals at all stages who want to grow, lead, and be in community with like-minded women.
