Meet the Founder

My name is Mia Williams and I’m so glad you’re here!
I started TCHS out of a desperate need for representation of high-powered black women. I wanted to see a space that bridged the gap between successful black women and the young women hoping to follow in their footsteps.
Over time, I’m proud to see TCHS blossoming into the go-to success resource that not only gives representation to influential black women, but prepares the next generation of trailblazers for the ins and outs of navigating success
Personally, I’m a 25 year old learning the corporate world while still living it up in the real world. If I’m not working on TCHS, I’m listening to a podcast, getting dolled up for dinner dates, or exploring new spots in Charlotte, NC.
XOXO, Mia Williams
