Professional Experience
Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a corporate or professional setting.
Exceptions: Applicants with at least 1 year of full-time experience may still qualify if they have relevant internships, fellowships, or contract roles demonstrating career progression.
Growth-Minded
You are actively working toward career advancement, leadership development, or a strategic career pivot, seeking mentorship, career tools, and industry connections.
Willing to Contribute and Give Back
You are committed to being an active participant — not just a passive observer — and are excited to add to discussions, mentor junior members, and share advice and resources within the community.
