Membership Criteria

At The Color Connect, we’re building a community where every member contributes, grows, and thrives. To maintain the strength and value of our network, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Professional Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience in a corporate or professional setting.
      Exceptions: Applicants with at least 1 year of full-time experience may still qualify if they have relevant internships, fellowships, or contract roles demonstrating career progression.

  2. Growth-Minded

    • You are actively working toward career advancement, leadership development, or a strategic career pivot, seeking mentorship, career tools, and industry connections.

  3. Willing to Contribute and Give Back

    • You are committed to being an active participant — not just a passive observer — and are excited to add to discussions, mentor junior members, and share advice and resources within the community.
